Pinnacle Risk Advisors LLC is an independent insurance agency licensed in Georgia and Florida. We provide commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage services, including but not limited to commercial general liability, property insurance, casualty insurance, trucking insurance, workers’ compensation, and builder’s risk coverage.

Our Site allows you to learn about our services, request insurance quotes, and contact us. Submitting a quote request does not constitute an insurance application or bind any coverage. All insurance policies are subject to underwriting approval by the applicable insurance carrier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site and services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the security of, or disrupt the Site or its servers

4. Quote Requests and Insurance Services

• Quote requests are not insurance applications and do not bind any coverage
• Insurance quotes are estimates and may change based on underwriting review
• Final coverage, terms, and pricing are determined by the insurance carrier
• We act as your insurance agent/broker, not as the insurance carrier

5. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

5.1 Program Description

Pinnacle Risk Advisors LLC offers two categories of SMS messaging, each requiring separate, explicit opt-in consent:

5.2 Opt-In and Consent

• You may opt in to SMS messaging by checking the appropriate consent checkbox(es) on our website quote form at pinnacleriskad.com/quote.html.
• SMS consent checkboxes are not pre-checked and are not required to submit a quote request or receive any insurance service.
• Non-marketing messages and marketing messages require separate consent. Opting in to one does not opt you in to the other.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase of any insurance product or service.

5.3 Message Frequency and Costs

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions, policy activity, and the type of messages you have opted in to receive.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Pinnacle Risk Advisors LLC is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

5.4 Opt-Out Instructions

• You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
• After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• To rejoin the SMS program after opting out, submit a new form on our website and provide consent again.
• Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive services from us through other channels (phone, email).

5.7 Compliance Statement

Pinnacle Risk Advisors LLC operates in accordance with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier A2P messaging requirements. Messages are sent only to users who provide express consent.

5.8 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pinnacle Risk Advisors LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
